It was a very pleasant, exciting and rewarding experience working with Lee Tan  in the sale of my 35 year old home and the 

purchase of a  new condominium. Our introduction to Lee was a result of her cold calling about ten years prior and like 

clockwork she dropped back frequently to be kept updated on our plans. Lee demonstrated an intimate knowledge of the 

Richmond Real Estate market and in particular the Brig house neighborhood. Her proficiency in Mandarin makes 

Asian buyers, the majority, comfortable in dealing with her. 

Although our home fronted on a T street (bad Feng Shui) Lee was able to interest the purchaser into first viewing then purchasing 

the property at a premium price. The sale was completed in 10 days. At that time of the sale Lee negotiated a 6 

month rental agreement, again at a reasonable cost, thus assuring us sufficient time to secure and relocate to a new residence.

Her diligence was further exhibited when she spotted a real estate agent leaving a condo and when questioned indicated that he 

was about to list a property in the building. She arranged a viewing the same day and we submitted our offer that evening, all 

before it was put on the market. We got into a minor bidding war with another client, known to the listing agent, however she put 

an end to it by convincing us to match the price with no conditions advising the seller that we would not be making another offer 

and our original acceptance would stand. The seller accepted our offer. During the entire process Lee exhibited her patience, 

professionalism, aggressive attitude and excellent follow up. We are very confident in recommending others to Lee in both the 

sale and purchase of property. We are certain that she would not disappoint any client.
